Can i witness a live birth on the farm?
One of the most exciting aspects of life on the farm is welcoming new life throughout the year. While we may provide an estimated time frame for when an animal is due to give birth, we cannot guarantee that visitors will witness a live birth. The timing of these events is entirely dependent on nature, and as such, remains unpredictable.
Depending on the season, we welcome lambs, piglets, kids (baby goats), donkey foals, and chicks. While we strive to share these special moments with our visitors whenever possible, we appreciate your understanding that some births may occur outside of public hours or in private areas to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals.
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and a Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival on your smart phone.
Where do I go upon arrival?
Please note on your digital ticket the arrival time and location expected as this may change per our events.

I’ve booked a ticket online, what time should I arrive?
You can arrive anytime from the earlist time stated on your ticket however please note that this may change for some of our events
Do you cater for intolerances in your Coffee Baa and Tea Room?
We do indeed. Please speak to a team member when ordering your food and drink.
Is car parking available and how much does it cost?
Car parking is available to all of our visitors at no additional cost.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, Rand Farm Park is fully wheelchair friendly. We also have a wheelchair for customer use: please telephone us on 01673 858904 to arrange ahead of your visit
Do you have toilets?
We do. We also have baby changing facilities on site.

Do you allow dogs to visit the farm?
Only assistance dogs are permitted to the farm and park.

Do I have to book online?
You don’t have to book online for a standard day visit however it is always cheaper to do so by £3.00pp
For our events, all tickets MUST be booked online, in advance.
Do you sell any of your animals?
We no longer sell rabbits, guinea pigs or hens.
What time are your activities on?
Our activities are on at set times throughout the day.

What happens if i can’t make my booking?
If you are unable to attend your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email or amend the date through your online ticketing account.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your request to reschedule, subject to availability.
- Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice or to amend your booking through your account within this timeframe will result in the booking being forfeited without compensation
