What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and a Booking Reference Number.  Present this ticket on arrival on your smart phone.

Do you cater for intolerances in your Coffee Baa and Tea Room?

We do indeed. Please speak to a team member when ordering your food and drink.

Is car parking available and how much does it cost?

Car parking is available to all of our visitors at no additional cost.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, Rand Farm Park is fully wheelchair friendly. We also have a wheelchair for customer use: please telephone us on 01673 858904 to arrange ahead of your visit

Do you have toilets?

We do. We also have baby changing facilities on site.

Do you allow dogs to visit the farm?

Only assistance dogs are permitted to the farm and park.

I’d like to ask for a donation to a charity, how do I do this?

Do I have to book online?

You don’t have to book online for a standard day visit however it is always cheaper to do so.

For our events, all tickets MUST be booked online, in advance.

Do you sell any of your animals?

We no longer sell rabbits, guinea pigs or hens.
