Principal Elves create magical memories for our Farmer Folk through a range of musical theatre, immersive scripted theatre, street theatre, improvisation and meet and greets, while maintaining character and staying true to narrative.
Efficient and effective delivery of the experience is of the utmost importance to the roles, ensuring that show times do not overrun and that character schedules are consistent in delivery.

Rand Farm Park in Lincolnshire is casting performers for The Real Christmas Experience – an immersive festive production set in the magical Elven town of Merryjingle.
Farmer Folk (our visitors) journey through this enchanting world, meeting cheerful elves, Santa, and Mrs. Claus along the way. The experience combines scripted theatre, improvisation, meet & greets, and interactive moments to create a magical and personalised Christmas adventure for every group.
Roles include: scripted performances, street theatre, meet & greets, and operational/facilitating characters.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused performers who can stay in character, adapt to audience interaction, and help bring the festive world of Merryjingle to life. Experience in immersive or family-friendly theatre is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided.
Auditions may include a self-tape and Zoom or in-person interview; some roles will require attendance at a workshop audition.

Merryjingle Elves are highly interactive, guest-facing characters who facilitate a number of magical experiences included within the experience, taking on a variety of operational and supporting performance roles throughout.
£12.60 per hour.
Santa Claus
As the father of Christmas, Santa Claus is soulful, warm, humorous, refined and gentle, greeting families into the Grotto ready to listen to the farmer folk visitor’s Christmas wishes.
£19.80 per hour.
Mrs Claus
As the mother of Christmas, Mrs Claus is soulful, warm, kind and always has fresh gingerbread in the oven when she welcomes families into her Gingerbread Kitchen.
£18.10 per hour.
