Royal Golden Guernsey
Vernon is very popular here at Rand Farm Park. He loves having his beard stroked but nobody knows the secret to his magic smell… he wees on it. Sometimes Vernon is outside because of his smelly side but we do love him!

Royal Golden Guernsey
Crumpet is Vernon’s girlfriend who only lets Farmer Emma milk her.
She is often mistaken for a male because of her big udder and… you guessed it, long beard.
Swiss Valais Black Nose Rams
Ed Shearan and Justin Biebaa were named from one of our Facebook competitions and arrived on the farm in the summer of 2021. They have grown up so fast since arriving and despite not being able to see their food due to their long hair, their acute sense of smell and hearing mean they never miss a meal or a treat.
Jersey Cow
Merry has been a member of the Rand Farm Park family for over 7 years now and knows the ropes of the farm better than most.
Friesian Cow
After we close you can stick around in your car and easily spot Mabel when we turn her outside to the paddocks… she’s the one who skips on the grass when she sees her Lincoln Red friends.
Jack donkey
Charlie is a great character on the farm however he still hasn’t grown out of his adolescent behaviour so is often referred to as the ‘naughty one’.
Jenny (female donkey)
Smokey is a gentle giant who loves a good fuss from the farm team until it comes to her pedicure. She can spot the farrier a mile away and will do her best to avoid him.
Anglo Nubian goat
Jackson is 6 years old but… he’s still a teenager. He’s often known as the messy one, the one to come up to meet you if he thinks you have food and the one who is always eating… sometimes even the food bag if you’re not careful!
Anglo Nubian goat
Annabel is Jackon’s Auntie but more of a fun Auntie. She doesn’t involve herself too much in drama and just focuses on looking pretty most of the day.
Pygmy goat
Tulip is a team favourite on the farm. She’s the oldest of the goat family and spends most of her day sleeping in the feed trough.
Arab X thoroughbred horse
Due to ill health Billy is a retired events horse but now enjoys his lazy days here on the farm and runs in the field with his best friends.
Shetland pony
Seen as Robin’s shadow and often uses him as a rain coat or wind shelter.
Alpaca
Alice joined us a shy young girl back in 2021 but, since finding a boyfriend in Alfie, has become a confident young alpaca who will quite happily flirt with you for some feed.
Alice recently gave birth (unpacked) a baby cria. You can see all the cute photos and videos on our Facebook Page
Alpaca
Alfie is the biggest character out of the two alpacas, loving to show off his poodle looking hair cut that farmer Nathan gave him!
Alpaca
Valentine is the baby to Alfie and Alice, he was born on 14th February hence the festive name! Valentine is growing up to be as cheeky and loveable as his mum and dad.
Jacob ram
Is quite noticeable due to his horns and he’s definitely the boss when it comes to food time!
Lincoln red bull
Zante is a new addition to the farm but it’s like he’s been here for years, looking after the girls and spending all day looking handsome.
