I’m unable to make my booking…
If you are unable to make your booking as you’re self-isolating, starting to show symptoms of Covid-19 or reside in an area which advices against non-essential travel we can cancel your booking, free of charge, and issue you a gift voucher to spend against an online admission with us before 31st March 2021.
It is imperitive you call us on 01673 858904 or email Jack on jack@nullrandfarmpark.com before 9:30am on the day of your planned visit.
If you call or email AFTER 9:30am on the day of your planned visit then your booking will be lost.

Current Government Advice
The current government advice, as of the 10th September 2020, details that groups/gatherings must not exceed 6 people.
ALL tickets must still be booked online and this law applies to visitors/groups coming to Rand Farm Park

Do I need to book online?
YES! All tickets must currently be purchased online. This is because we need to take your details for track and trace and adhere to our mandatory capacity

What’s Open?
At this moment, almost all of your favourites are open such as; Large Animal Barn, Air Cannons, Tractor Ride and the Adventure Playground.
Due to the recent government guidelines we’re still unable to open Archery and Skyrider

The Indoor Play Area is OPEN!
We’re taking extra measures to make this safe for your children and family; 
We will be operating a limited capacity throughout the day, a one way system will be in place whilst walking through the area, face masks are required for anyone aged over 11 and we will have a full time cleaner sanitizing and deep cleaning the play area throughout the day too.  

Is there a time limit on my visit?
You must book a time to arrive to help us reduce queues on entry however once you are on site, you can stay as long as you like or until we close at 5:00pm

What happens if I am running late for my time allocation?
If you’re running more than half an hour late for the time allocation you’ve booked, please give us an email on jack@nullrandfarmpark.com


How can I change my booking?
Please give us a call on 01673 858904 or email jack@nullrandfarmpark.com before 10am on the day of your visit to amend your booking

How can I cancel my booking?
To cancel your visit, please call us on 01673 858904 or email jack@nullrandfarmpark.com

How do I use a voucher?
If you were issued a voucher before or during lockdown, please call a member of the team or message us on Facebook as to how you can redeem this


Do I need to wear a face mask?
You will be required to wear a face covering whilst indoors at Rand Farm Park. Please bring your own

Can I buy animal feed?
You can purchase animal feed when booking your visit online or purchase it on your arrival

Are your toilets open?
Our toilet facilities are open as normal. They’re also spot checked and deep cleaned every hour

Is your café open?
Yes, the Coffee Baa and Tea Room are open with a reduced menu and additional measures for your security

Are we ok to bring a picnic and eat outside?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a picnic and eat this outside in our Adventure Playground. Both the Coffee Baa and Team Room seating is limited and is always reserved for visitors who wish to purchase their lunch from us. The Barn Theatre, #15 on your map, is the designated indoor picnic area if the weather is being British


Where are you?
We are located approximately eight miles east of Lincoln on the Lincoln to Skegness road, the A158 close to the village of Wragby. Rand Farm Park is clearly signed from the A158, so you can’t miss us. Just look for our sign…

Yes, we have amazing educational programme and host a large number of schools every year.

My child is disabled. Is Rand Farm Park suitable?
Yes, most definitely. We receive many disabled visitors every year and provide the following facilities:

1. Two Disabled toilet facilities
2. An electric wheelchair lift on our tractor and trailer ride
3. Most hand basins are low level for our smaller and disabled guests
4. Staff are always on hand in the animal areas to assist our visitors, but in particular our disabled guests, to help everyone to enjoy handling, cuddling and feeding the animals
5. All areas have easy access with wide aisles and ramps where needed and no steps
6. Several members of staff have attended “Welcome All” training courses
7. A loan wheelchair is available
8. Tarmac disabled parking area


Are Coach Parties Welcome?
Unfortunately we’re unable to facilitate coach party visitors due to large group numbers arriving at the same time using the same facilities.

Are dogs welcome?
No, sorry we do not allow dogs as they may upset some of our animals. Only guide dogs are allowed at Rand Farm Park.
