Start your adventure with Chip and Sparky at Sugarplum HQ, sing festive tunes with Jingle in Merryjingle’s Music School, and explore the 3D Enchanted Forest with Oakley. Meet Santa’s real reindeer and make reindeer feed with Huff in Graindeers Stables!

Help Postie sort presents at the Sorting Office, then visit Santa in his cozy grotto to pick a special gift from his secret Toy Shop.

Can you smell gingerbread? Head over to the Gingerbread Kitchen to decorate biscuits with Mrs. Claus! And don’t miss the fun with Ginger & Pepper in Elf Academy throughout the day!

For an extra touch of festive magic, add toasting marshmallows over an open fire to your experience for an additional cost, and dive into the fun of our “Make a Bear” workshop, where you can create your very own cuddly companion!

Plus, enjoy all the winter favourite Rand Farm Park activities such as indoor play, meeting the animals on the farm and animal-based experiences such as bottle feeding and small animal handling.

Term Time Christmas Experience

Available Monday-Friday whilst the older children are at school, this experience is designed for our younger visitors with no immersive shows/experiences where instead you walk through the town of Merryjingle with two of Santa’s Elves. This experience lasts, roughly, 30-45 minutes. This experience includes a present from Santa, Gingerbread Biscuit from Mrs Claus and a bag of Reindeer Feed.

The town of Merryjingle is peaceful, with most of the elves out at Mrs Claus’ Christmas Day concert practice…

But there’s still a sprinkle of magic waiting to be discovered by your little Farmer Folk! Immerse your family in the enchantment of Christmas with an elf-guided tour through Merryjingle, where you’ll meet Santa Claus in his Grotto.

Along the way, create special reindeer food at Graindeer’s Stables, perfect for leaving out on Christmas Eve. Say hello to our two real reindeer, Rudi and Rossi. Journey through the 3D Enchanted Forest. Choose a present from Santa’s secret Toy Shop. Decorate your very own gingerbread treat in Mrs Claus’ Kitchen. See what Ginger and Pepper are up to in Elf Academy too!

Introducing a NEW enchanting evening adventure with The Real Christmas Experience Evenings! 

Our Real Christmas Experience evenings offer the full magic of the daytime event – now under the enchanting glow of night! It’s the perfect choice for those looking to experience Christmas in a whole new light, as the town of Merryjingle twinkles with festive lights after dark.

You can still arrive anytime before your booked time to explore the farm, park and play but you must arrive at least fifteen minutes before your booked time to start the Christmas Experience.

The SEN Christmas Experience

Step into the magic of The Real Christmas Experience, specially adapted for children with additional needs. Instead of live interactive shows, the elves of Merryjingle will be waiting in their rooms to welcome you in a calmer, more open format. This way, children can explore at their own pace, meeting characters in a way that suits them best — with no pressure and plenty of festive joy. It’s the same enchanting journey through Merryjingle, designed to be flexible, accessible, and memorable for the whole family.
