It’s nearly time for your journey into the town of Merryjingle, and everyone here can’t wait to see you!
The excitement is building across the workshops, the reindeer stables are jingling with anticipation, and Mrs Claus has been perfecting her gingerbread ready for your arrival. The elves have been working around the clock to make sure everything is truly magical for when you step through the Christmas Portal and begin your festive adventure.

We’re located 8 Miles east of Lincoln on the A158.
Please allow plenty of time before setting off to make sure you are at Rand Farm Park before your booked time

Throughout the day, our indoor and outdoor play areas will be open and they’re included in your visit!
Please note, some of the summer activities such as Archery and Skyrider are not available until Spring 2026.
Animals
Throughout the day, you can meet the many animals on the farm and it’s all included in your admission!

Gather up the family and toast Marshmallows by an open fire. (Additional charges apply).

Late Arrivals
If you arrive after your booked time slot, we’ll do our best to move you to the next available session, but this may mean a wait of up to a few hours, especially on busy days.
Start Time
The time you have booked for is your time to START The Real Christmas Experience.
You are welcome to arrive anytime before to enjoy the farm, park and play but you must be ready at the Ticket Office at least fifteen minutes before your booked time.

How do i update my details?

If you created an account at checkout, you can at no additional cost, amend the date and time of your booking.

How can i add extra people onto my booking?
Please give us a call on 01673 858904 during normal office hours and a member of the team will be able to add people onto your booking.
Please note, this can not be done online or through your account
What happens if i can not make my booking?
- Amendments can be made via your online account, so long as it’s at least 24 hours before your booked time and date.

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your visit if you can’t make it.

We’ll try our best to reschedule you (subject to space).

If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a gift voucher worth 50% of your original payment, which you can use towards the same event on another date.
