Lambing Live gives families the chance to bottle-feed lambs, meet our expectant ewes, and, if you’re lucky, witness a live lambing.
Your ticket also includes admission to the farm, park and play areas too.

What to expect at Lambing Live

Lambing Live is one of the most special times of the year at Rand Farm Park with unforgettable farm experiences for children and adults alike.

Throughout the Lambing Season, each ewe will be closely monitored by our farm team to watch for signs of labour with lots and lots of ewes expected to lamb over the February Half-Term.

Our 24/7 Lamb Cam will be available a few days before February Half-Term meaning you can catch up on all the magic from your home either before or after your visit. More details available soon

  • Bottle feed a baby lamb
  • Meet our expectant ewes in the Lambing Barn
  • Join our farmers for ‘Meet The Farmers’ sessions to learn more about what goes into Lambing Season and what we’re looking for to see if a ewe is about to start lambing
  • Plus all your favourite Rand Farm Park activities such as; Tractor Rides, Milking Demonstration, meeting the animals on the farm, indoor soft play, Air Cannon Arena and the outside Adventure Playground.

Lambing Live SEN Morning

On Saturday 21st February, 2026, Rand Farm Park will be open from 8:30am for children and adults with additional needs, to visit our Lambing Barn, Animal Barn and bottle feed the lambs before standard opening times. Families visiting for the SEN Session are welcome to stay after 10:00am, when Rand Farm Park opens, to enjoy the rest of the indoor and outdoor play.

When does Lambing Live take place?

Lambing Live runs from 14–22 February, plus the following two weekends, during peak lambing season.

Is Lambing Live included in admission?

Yes. Lambing Live is included with standard admission to Rand Farm Park.

Can you guarantee we’ll see a lamb being born?

Live lambing can’t be guaranteed, as it depends on the animals. However, newborn lambs and expectant ewes will be present throughout the event.

Can we bottle feed the lambs?

Yes, bottle feeding is available at scheduled times and supervised by our farm team.

What happens if it rains?

Many lambing activities take place indoors, and there are indoor play areas available.

Lambing Live at Rand Farm Park is a seasonal, family-friendly experience during February Half-Term and the following weekends when the main flock of ewes are expected to lamb.
We invite visitors to join us during this magical time to look for signs of lambing, bottle feed the lambs and conquer the indoor and outdoor play areas.
